Current openings include a Lead Toddler Teacher position with a pay range of 17 to 19 dollars per hour and a Lead Pre-K Teacher role that requires New Jersey P-3 Teaching Certification. Both positions involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining safe classroom environments, and communicating regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
The Lead Toddler Teacher will work with children ages 18 months to three years, leading classroom activities that support emotional, social, and cognitive development. The role includes following daily routines, fostering a nurturing atmosphere, and collaborating with other staff members.
The Lead Pre-K Teacher position focuses on children ages three to five. Responsibilities include implementing The Creative Curriculum with fidelity, using Teaching Strategies GOLD for ongoing assessment, developing lesson plans aligned with New Jersey standards, and preparing children for kindergarten through structured yet play-based learning.
